As the co-founder and CEO of the Post-Pandemic Leadership Research Institute, Dr. He led groundbreaking research from 2021 to 2023, applying leadership traits to virtual team settings and achieving longevity in the post-pandemic era. Her research has been instrumental in guiding virtual teams through the challenges of remote work.

Her entrepreneurial journey began in March 2021 with the founding of Wealthford LEAD in Palo Alto. Partnering with Yanfen Wu CPA, she has successfully guided hundreds of startups to sustainability in Silicon Valley. Dr. He's innovative approach to conflict resolution and creative negotiation has helped organizations turn conflicts into opportunities, focusing on shared values and sustainability.
