Timeline of Milestones
Founding of the Academy
2024: Injury-Free Arts Academy is founded by Professor Yufang Liu in the United States. The academy builds on the foundation of the Injury-Free Institute of Piano Arts, initially established in China, with a vision to promote injury-free performance and expand globally.
Major Events: Significant Achievements
2024: Professor Yufang Liu is recognized as a Woman Leader at the 2024 Silicon Valley Asian Woman Leadership Roundtable Forum. During this event, she performed the 2024 Injury-Free Arts Academy Spring Concert, dubbed "Canon Crescendo," featuring a special arrangement of Pachelbel's Canon in D Major, performed as a piano and violin duet with Injury-Free Artist James Woodward.
Program Launches: Key Programs and Initiatives
2024: Launch of the Injury-Free Artist program, which recognizes highly qualified individuals and promising talents as Injury-Free Artists. James Woodward is named Injury-Free Artist-In-Residence.
2024: Introduction of the Blueprint program, a comprehensive video series and book collection designed to provide students with the foundational steps for building a healthy piano performance and artistic life.
Partnerships: Important Collaborations
2024: San Mateo Kawai Store sponsors the Injury-Free Arts Academy Spring Festival by providing a piano for the concert. Chef Martin Yan from Yan Can Cook also sponsors the event, supporting Professor Liu's mission. Several volunteers contribute their time to ensure the success of the concert and event.
Research Contributions: Notable Research
2024: Development of the Injury-Free Violin program begins. This initiative aims to create a comprehensive system for violinists, building on the foundation of the Injury-Free Piano system.
Expansion: Geographic and Programmatic Growth
2024 and Beyond: By publishing programs, videos, and information online, the Injury-Free Arts Academy aims to reach a broader audience and expand its impact globally.

Injury-Free Violin Program
Description: Building on the success of the Injury-Free Piano System, we are developing the Injury-Free Violin Program. This comprehensive initiative aims to create a system that helps violinists perform without risk of injury, incorporating anatomical and neurological insights tailored to the unique demands of playing the violin.
Global Outreach Initiative
Description: To expand our mission globally, we plan to launch the Global Outreach Initiative. This project will involve translating our programs and resources into multiple languages, partnering with international organizations, and establishing satellite branches in key regions around the world.
Virtual Learning Platform
Description: We are developing a state-of-the-art virtual learning platform to make our injury-free performance techniques accessible to a broader audience. This platform will feature interactive courses, live webinars, and a library of instructional videos designed to help artists improve their techniques safely.
Fundraising Goals:
Current Campaign Goals and Fund Usage
Goal: $100,000
Injury-Free Violin Program: $40,000 will be allocated to the research and development of the Injury-Free Violin Program, including hiring experts, conducting studies, and creating educational materials.
Global Outreach Initiative: $30,000 will be used to translate our materials, establish international partnerships, and create satellite branches in target regions.
Virtual Learning Platform: $30,000 will fund the development of the virtual learning platform, including software development, content creation, and platform maintenance.
